The way in which these are all drawn, they all draw attention to themselves, rather then one person in specific. Normally, one character would be the center of the picture, but in this one they all have their own spotlight.

Also, you manage to apply shading to their curves that adds more flair to them, and makes them that much more sexy. In this picture, my favorites are Yoruichi, Harribel and Rukia, because in some way, you just make the shy one into the most mysterious and pretty looking. Also, Love how you added Kon.

In short, I love it.
